This camp is for both passers and attackers that want quality reps especially in out of system situations. Become better at transitioning and reading the court. Defensive Mechanics

This camp’s focus is geared to teach athletes defensive posture and platform management. This camp’s focus is developing a complete setter. This camp will develop athlete’s lower body movement patterns, foot speed and accuracy to make the athlete a more effective setter. The focus will be on consistency and hand positioning, emphasizing consistent tempo and placement for all settable balls. Courts will be divided for specific abilities.

This camp’s focus is developing a complete setter. In addition to teaching volleyball, the camp will strive to develop motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and improve listening skills all within a safe and social environment. Elite Training Series

Middle School Train and Play League

This program is designed for 7th-8th graders, that want to get quality instruction with competitive game play. Athletes will be placed on a team, these teams will train and compete in our own summer mini league. These teams will have training days and competition days and will focus on team game play will preparing athletes for the school season. This program includes uniform tops.

Elite Advanced Training

This program is highly attended by players looking to stay sharp and participate in a team training environment as they gear up for HS tryouts. Rising Star Camp

This camp is designed to prepare 7th-9th grade athletes to play at the HS level, and later at the college level. Our staff is carefully selected to be outstanding teachers of the game along with current college coaches. Camp sessions are designed to provide a challenging training environment to push athletes to continue to grow their overall game,. This camp will include lunch and tshirt. Athletes need to have played competitive club volleyball to be allowed to attend this camp.
